ELM offers volunteering/work experience, training and employment opportunities for young people who have taken part in the ELM program and have demonstrated skills, enthusiasm and talent. Most of the staff team to date are young people who have previously taken part in the program. This will help young people access future employability opportunities and this experience can be used as evidence for schemes such as the Duke of Edinburgh award.
Make-It-Work
A PAID program for 18–30-year-olds to develop leaderships skills, employability skills and develop soft skills such as personal and social development. The overall aim of this program is to encourage and increase young people’s employability within the field of music and youth work across Enfield.This program offers enhanced DBS check, safeguarding, youth work, and specialist music production training and PAID work experience.
