ELM is an outlet for young people to freely express themselves in a positive and safe environment.
Everybody Loves Music CIC focuses on personal development and community engagement through music. The organisation supports young people and adults, aged 10 to 30, particularly those facing challenges in life, including individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and those in the youth justice system.
Key Objectives:
· Provide one-to-one support, open events, and taster workshops, using music as a tool for learning, self-expression, and development.
· Design and deliver tailored projects for vulnerable groups to empower participants, and promote creativity and inclusion.
Founder:
Lizzie Hart, a social worker and local resident with over 15 years of experience in the community, has strong ties with local services, schools, and families. She founded the organisation to address the diverse needs of young people in Enfield, Hertfordshire, and Essex.
Our Team:
The team comprises experienced tutors and the very young people we work with, who progress through our programs that offer training, development, and job opportunities, funded by the National Lottery Community Fund.
Target Audience:
· Young people and adults aged 10 to 30
· Vulnerable, deprived, and young people in poverty
· Individuals at risk of offending or facing criminal exploitation
· Participants with SEND, from minority backgrounds, LGBTQ+ communities, and those who have experienced trauma
Programs Offered:
· One-to-One Music Mentoring Sessions: Focused, personalized mentoring for young people
· Group Workshops & Pop-Up Events:Collaborative music events aimed at social inclusion
· Youth Justice Initiatives: Targeted groups, such as knife crime awareness workshops, aimed at reducing offending behaviour
Core Values:
· Diversity & Inclusion: 75% of beneficiaries are from minority backgrounds, with programs specifically catering to marginalised groups.
· Early Intervention: Focus on preventing negative outcomes by addressing issues early through music engagement.

ELM currently works in partnership with, Christian Action Housing, West Lea School, Hertfordshire, Enfield Children & Young People Services, Essex Youth Service and Active Essex Foundation.
ELM is currently commissioned by Christian Action Housing, Enfield & Hertfordshire councils, and receives funding and support from; National Lottery, Pirate Studios, Active Essex Foundation, Enfield Voluntary Action, European Union, and Focusrite Plc.
