Approach and Intervention
Pop Up Workshops:
ELM offers pop-up workshops, offering a sense of what we deliver to our target group and potential provisions and partner agencies. Please contact Lizzie Hart, CEO of Everybody Loves Music, if your provision/service is interested in booking a taster session.
Studio Sessions:
Everybody Loves Music can also offer studio sessions for individuals or small groups wanting the support of the ELM staff team to help facilitate and record their music. For more information, please contact us.
Volunteering/Work Experience/Training and Employment Opportunities:
ELM offers volunteering/work experience, training and employment opportunities for young people who have taken part in the ELM program and have demonstrated skills, enthusiasm and talent. This will help young people access future employability opportunities and this experience can also be used for evidence towards awards/qualifications.
One-to-One work: Music Production Therapy Sessions:
Weekly one-hour sessions (best suited for longer-term work, typically between 3 – 12months long, however this can be extended according to need).
These sessions aim to provide intensive musical skill development. This will look at the individual’s needs, enhancing their strengths and identifying their weaknesses to ensure they have a much more rounded knowledge base of music production. One-to-one sessions are designed to work on areas that are challenging and attempt to draw out future aspirations, education, training and career options within the music industry. In addition, these one-to-one sessions will identify areas of personal and social development to devise individual pathway plans.
Group Work:
Group sizes between 2-10 young people can either be short courses between 1-5 days in length or longer-term programs – weekly 2-4 hours sessions typically over a period of 3-12 months (however this can be extended according to need).
